A person reads every message, and answers within a working day. Write to Sondre@NorwAI.as, and if it is about a film, put its name in the subject line. To stop a plan, cancel it yourself in Settings, under Plan and films: it runs to the end of the time you paid for, and you can keep it until then.
A transparent file of your film
On a finished film's page you can get the animation on its own, with the background left out and everything else kept: a .mov for editing (ProRes 4444, which Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve and After Effects open) or a .webm for a web page. The price in credits stands on the button before you press, and it is charged once, when the file is ready. It is the picture only, with no sound, at 1080p, and at 2K or 4K from the Film + Transparent plan up.
Some films cannot have one: a film drawn over your own video, and a film whose background is part of its picture. The page says so in a sentence instead of showing the buttons. The .mov is large, as editing files are, and some video players do not open it; your editing program does.
What we keep from your website
Your colours, the name of your lettering, and the sentences that ended up in a film. Not a copy of your site. If you want it gone sooner, write to us and we delete it.
When you type your address on the front page, our server keeps what it read, your colours, your name and your lettering, for up to a year, so the next time is quick.
Privacy
Your email is used to sign you in and to tell you when a film is ready. Your material is yours, it is not sold, and it never teaches a machine. The companies that help us run Nine are listed by name, with what each one sees.
Terms
The films are yours to use wherever you like. Looking around is free, and a film of your own comes with a plan. Prices are in US dollars and include VAT. You can cancel your plan yourself in Settings whenever you like, and money only moves after a screen that names the amount. Before anything costs money, we say so in a sentence beside the button.
How machines are used here
Nine uses machines to read your website and to put a film together. Before you see it, the finished film goes through two separate checks, one of its facts against your site and one of how it looks and moves, and it is sent back to be fixed when they find something. The checks are machines too and can miss things, so look it over before you share it. Your real logo is never redrawn and your words are never made up for you: what the film says comes from your site, or from you.
