Write to us

Email is the fastest way: Sondre@NorwAI.as. If your question is about a film, put the film's name or its address in the subject line, so we can find it without asking you to explain twice. For anything about personal data, use the same address with privacy in the subject line.

NorwAI AS
Trygve Nilsens vei 48P
1061 Oslo
Norway

NorwAI AS is registered in Foretaksregisteret, the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, with organisation number 920 631 908, and is registered for VAT as NO 920 631 908 MVA. The address above is the company's business address in that register.

If something went wrong

Tell us first, and be as blunt as you like. Send the film's name, what you expected, and what happened instead. We answer with what we found, and if we were wrong, with what we are doing about it. For a delivered film, the 14 days in clause 4 of the terms start on the day it was delivered.

If we do not put it right, you have these routes, and none of them depends on our permission:

  • A consumer complaint. The Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) handles complaints about unfair terms and misleading marketing, and gives free guidance to consumers.
  • A privacy complaint. The Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) takes complaints about how personal data is handled. You may complain there without telling us first.
  • The ordinary courts. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the court where you live.

A security problem

If you have found a way into something you should not be able to see, or a way to make Nine do something it should not, write to Sondre@NorwAI.as with security in the subject line and describe it. Do not test it against another customer's material, and do not take anything that is not yours. We will tell you what we did about it.
